Cascade Dog Services offers 3 different Board & Train programs; Agility, Herding, and Pet Dog. At Cascade Dog Services we take your dog into our home where they will live with us as part of our own. We will train, condition and groom them while here with us. When they are ready to trial we will take them and rack up those titles!
Agility
Breeders, take advantage of a new market for your puppies. Have you wanted to have that Dual or Triple Champion in your kennel? You can prove yourself as a breeder of performance dogs by training and showing your dogs in agility. This is perfect for the dogs that you have retired from the conformation ring or the young dogs that have an abundance of energy.
What you receive from us....
- Your dog will have daily personal agility training session. This includes all foundation work on and off of agility equipment and obedience for agility.
- Your dog will be put on a personal fitness routine. This will include high paced walks around our property, walks in Smith Rock State Park, playing in our grass fields and swimming in our pond.
- Your dog will have regular grooming; baths, brushing, nails and simple scissoring.
Fees
- Monthly fee of $600 to be paid at the first of each month
- Entry fees - we will plan the shows with you and you will have the option of entering or not entering each trial.
- Handling fees - $10 each run, $5 each qualifier, $5 for each 1st placement, $15 for each HIT
- All veterinary expenses and other personal expenses
- $25 travel expense for the trials that we will be travelling to. Complete compensation for any shows that we travel to specifically to show your dog without ours.
Herding
Cascade Dog Services takes dogs in for training and trialing for those owners who are unable to herd with their dogs themselves but would like their dog trained and/or trialed in herding. We accept any dog into our training program that is a herding breed. We have both sheep and ducks to train the dogs on. We also have access to goats, for those dogs that will be working on different ranches. When the dogs are ready we will start showing them at sheepdog trials. Prove your lines to be working lines.
What you receive from us...
- Your dog will have daily personal herding training. This includes work on and off of livestock. Your dog will also learn how to act around livestock while not working.
- Your dog will be put on a personal fitness plan. This will include high paced walks around our property, walks in Smith Rock State Park, playing in our grass fields and swimming in our pond.
- Your dog will have regular grooming, bathing, brushing, nails and simple scissoring.

- Monthly fee of $600 to be paid at the first of each month
